How can clear Acrylic Plexiglass sheets be cut?
To prevent scratches our clear acrylic sheets come with a protective liner. The liner can be easily removed after handling.
Acrylic sheet Plexiglass can be cut to size with most saws equipped with a plastic cutting blade. A table saw or panel saw is recommended with a sharp plastic blade. This will help you achieve a good edge finish on your plexiglass acrylic sheet.
A CNC router, jigsaw, laser or cutting disc can also be used to make more detailed parts from plexiglass acrylic sheets. It’s common for plexiglass to be scored and snapped with a sharp utility knife.
